mloader40,
I don't know where to get a Parker hale mold. I had one from this pricey guy. Found the mold to be cantankerous. Most guys shooting Whitworths seem to think that the hex bullets do not shoot any better than a 500gr. .450 sized 45-70 type. round bullets. I last played with .459 500 gr. run through a improvised .446 hex sizer and paper patched. Showed some promise.

In case you wish to dispense with ordering from overseas and shipping via the slow boat from China: it's the same product but available in the USA. Dyson is slow. I've had an order in with them for a hexagonal wadcutter for more than 6 months because they were out of stock, and say it will be sometime after the first of the year (2015) before they order any more to be cast. His wadcutters are investment cast.

Sterling must have really dropped for Dixie Gun Works to sell these moulds for $295 when Dyson charges £195. Ten years ago £195 would have been about $340.

Also, if you prefer to try the conical, I might suggest have a mould custom made by Brooks. The one pictured below is for the Large Bore (26-bore) Whitworth Rifle:
