As you may have noticed from some of my earlier posts, I am gathering parts for a M1841 Mississippi project. Among the things I am looking for is a complete lock assembly and an original trigger group. With respect to the lock assembly, I am looking for a good clean, straight, well marked lock with minimal or no exterior pitting. While I want the outside to be original, it might be OK to have some repro parts on the inside. As to maker, anything might work, though I would prefer Harpers Ferry. Let me know if you have anything along these lines that you want to sell. Thanks!
