Potsdam Breech plug

Hello,

Can someone tell me if the breech plug on a Potsdam Smoothbore musket is reverse threaded, or are the threads like out American threads? I only ask because I have a Belgian musket that has a reverse threaded breech plug.

Paul They thread in normal. Be sure to soak and may have to use some heat to get it moving. The plug is longer than you think. Very corse threads. have fun. Wayne Shaw Harlans Light Cav
