Not sure where this goes, bought the musket here so here it is:
I bought a Zouave musket from a gentleman in Florida about a month ago. He also stated he had a quantity of the wingless caps, between 600-800, that he would include in the sale. When he shipped the musket he had the caps in the box, that didn't go over so well.
He sent the musket without the caps, said he would send them by themselves. Now he says that UPS has some kind of contract (IDG ?) that he has to sign to ship the caps. What are your experiences? What's the best legal way to get these caps from Fla to Pa. ?
