The problem is Dave Chicoine's book is kinda in the rare book pricing range now on Amazon. Dave used to come to our rendezvous up in NW Iowa. He is part of the Chicoine clan between the Missouri and Big Sioux Rivers in SE South Dakota. His cousin, Dave Chicoine (yes that's right) was two years behind me at SD State (see Jackrabbit to left). He is now president of South Dakota State U. I taught them both everything they know.
