I am brokering an original 1860 Spencer for a friend. It comes as pictured with a conversion block a box of ammo and a couple of dug bullets. It was delivered in June or July of 1864. The sight alterations have been evalutated by a pro and they are period. His conclusion based on wear is that is was the prefercence of the owner most likely and officer.
