Pedersoli customer service

I needed a Lockplate screw for a Pedersoli 1861. I was unable to locate one through the parts dealers I have used. I sent an e-mail to Pedersoli in Italy and received a reply the next day. It stated they would check to see where some were in the US. The following day an e-mail arrived stating that part had not been shipped to the US yet. I was asked for my address and a week later the part arrived at my door from Italy with no charge! That is what I call excellent customer service
