Are there any differences between early to latest PH Musketoons?

If they are 100% PH, IMHO , no , my experience is on PH volunteers the earliest were "enfield rfled"(very similar to the rigby rifling) and after a few months of production ,PH has adopted the henry rifling .
from a rifle to another you can find some minors difference , like weight (depending of density of the wood) or type of twist for wood-screws.
