I have a Repop Smith Carbine. Pietta
Got it second hand but was new when I got it, used it about a season.
It looks new other then a few dings or marks from use, being in the safe, barrel is clean as new.
I have not used it for several years and was thinking about selling or trading.
Also have some brass tubes, new maybe 100-150, and a bunch of plastic black tubes that will be sold with or after the gun.

Any clue on a price range for the gun?

If I remember the brass tubes run about 1.25 + each, used plastic not much with other then just with the gun or new bags about 70-75% new cost.

Any thoughts?

Have the Smith and a IAB Sharps that I need to move, have a few Sharps. Charlie looked at it and said it was one of the better ones... And it has had a O Ring done.

If I can get a price ball park and can live with it, I will move them to the For Sale adds.

Sharps $650-725

Smith $650-750 Tubes a buck each if dirty nasty or the $1.25 if nicer. Plastic just get thrown in with the gun.

Concur wih PJ's estimate on the Sharps. Generally the way it runs is - $650 for a Sharps that never fires but looks pretty on the wall; $675 for a Sharps that fires occasionally; $700 for a Sharps that fires reliably but breech won't open after three shots; and $725 for a Sharps that fires regularly and will still open after five shots (Norm Horne's Sharps).

Hey Col. K. I only paid $450 for my carbine (and only a couple hunnert in upgrades). You know you have an open invitation to go up against my cheap ol Sharps (thought you had enuff the last time around) with any 2-3 thousand dollar 'mater stake you care to bring to the line. See y'all in a couple weeks. Norm.

This may help with the Smith pricing. Generally on a used repro Smith if the cleanout screw is held in place by one thread the cost would be $650; if held by two threads $700; three threads $750 and so on. I do not have an estimate for a repro Smith missing the cleanout screw entirely.
