I'm selling an original 1862 Enfield rifle in very good shape. The parts are all there, and the metal is in excellent shape with bluing evident on the underside of the barrel and the crown, 1862 and Tower stamps are all clearly visible. The stock has a period repair. 146 is stamped on the butt of the stock and no markings that would indicate that it's Confederate. I'm selling for $1000 which is well below what I paid for it. It could easily be restored and set up as a shooter. I'm putting up two pictures here and happy to send more. It's a great CW musket just not what I need right now. Sold
