as the title states, i'm in the market for an 1860 richards conversion revolver. there were some made by armi san marco, and marketed by traditions. i am looking for the first model, which is easily recognized by the rear sight on the conversion ring. i would prefer a .44, but i think they were also made in .38 special, which would be alright too
so,...if anyone has one they'd be willing to part with,...let me know,...i have a lot of items , including guns, that i would consider trade, or partial trade if your interested,...

thanks

I have the ASM in 38. One of my favorites and not for sale.

Cimarron sells their "Open Top Conversion" in 44. As far as I know, it's still in production.

bob,
thanks for your reply and suggestion,..i've had a cimarron open top in 38 spec. great gun and good shooter as well,....but, i find the conversions much more interesting,...i think they're way cooler, and, i admire the ingenuity in converting a percussion gun to fire cartridges.
