Hello!

I recall that someone on here was making .56-56 cases that use a .22 blank. I have a .56-56 gun that I'd like to try shooting before I decide whether to get a new barrel or not.

Please let me know who is making them and how much they go for.

Also, any good tips for a bullet for .56-56?

Thanks,

Michael

Righto, thanks!

Dixie didn't have them. Hopefully, Eggman will.

To find the rimfires on the Dixie Gun Works site you must use "brass cases" for your search. I sell a few wholesale, minimum order of ten. Send PM if interested. I'll add that in my experience if you're shooting a gun with pitted bore you may have to wipe between each shot to get any accuracy.

Mikey, look at page 303 in your 2013 DGW catalog, number 162. They are $7.50 each or 6 for $34.50.

And if you don't have a current paper DGW, shame, shame. I've buying them and ordering from them since 1967.

Gil,

I'm a child of the digital age. I look at the online catalog.

Eggman, I'll be in touch. I've got a carbine with a pristine bore, and I'd like to see if it'll shoot RF before I consider converting it to CF.

Cheers,

Michael
