Who makes the best 1851 Colt?

I'm considering getting a '51 Navy for a project...to see just how well one can really shoot. No, I'm not giving up my Hege Remingtons, but just thought I'd try a Colt for variety. Who makes the best ones? Thanks.

From that Hege link you gave earlier they have a hand made 1851 Colt Navy. The price is steep at 1950 euros. That said my signiture series is very smooth and shoots very well with 10 grains of 3f and corn meal.
