Loading Spence During Team events

Have a guy on our team that is shooting his Spencer during team events , would he be allowed to reload his Spencer through use of his Blakely Box or does he have to load individually after he empties his first tube.

The last time I shot Spencer a few years ago, it was allowed. However, there was some confusion with a line judge who initially said that you couldn't do it, but he was informed by someone else that it was permitted under the rules.

It is permitted because it is really hard to single-load a Spencer. If you try, you run the risk of "missing" your extractor, and then you've got a live round stuck in the breech that has to be cleared with a rod. Especially true if you have one of the blade type extractors.
