Have you been to N-SSA Nationals yet?
There are a rather large number of parts suppliers that should be able to help you.
There are also a number of persons here that can help you contact them.

Stump, as you have already discovered, original Harper's Ferry Model 1855 Rifle bands are as difficult to find as hen's teeth!

Believe it or not, there was actually ONE original iron H.F. 1855 Rifle band on Sutler's Row last Fall, and it was being held for someone. I felt lucky to even have seen it!

The H.F.1855 Rifle brass bands are even harder yet to find.
