Lyman 45 Lube sizer Body

I have a 45 Lube sizer body which has had the part that holds and supports the knockout rod snapped off. I also need the knockout rod and screw. The rest of the parts are there and functional. Thanks for looking, Dennis

Forgot to say that I have called Lyman and they could not help - suggested I buy a new 4500.
