Jensco/Hoyt 8 Land/Groove Barrel

Can anyone tell me what bullets work well in this .50 cal Maynard barrel? I have been told that because of the number of lands and groves that it requires a longer bullet.

Lyman 515139 long bullet, with 30grs of 3f worked excellent out of a Maynard with a Jensco barrel, I once had. Try that.
