To all,
Per action by the N-SSA Board of Directors the June 1st, 2013 cut-off date for allowing altered smoothbore muskets to receive SAC cards, as referenced in SAC chair John Holland's article in the latest issue of the Skirmish Line (pages 14-15), IS NOT IN EFFECT.
Sighted smoothbore muskets inspections will continue as per our rules (14.9.1).
