FS 1842 Austrian Cavalry Carbine

I have for sale an original 1842 Austrian Cavalry Carbine. Its in pretty good condition considering age . I have not shot it and do not plan too but the pitting on the barrel is almost non existent and I'm sure you could if you wanted to. The lock is nice and tight and works well . These have gotten quite popular among collectors after the article that was published in the North South Trader Magazine 2 years ago. I shot one a few times in carbine matches in 95 & 96. Was a lot of fun. Load fast on yer knee and accurate at 50 yards. Knocked huge holes in stakes. Opened up the ten foot groups at 100 yards no matter what I tried. Neat lil cabinets. Mostly just knocks deer down now.
