USA made Colt 1861 Special Rifle

I think I have acquired one of the USA-made 1861 Colt Special Rifles that were manufactured about 20 years ago. Is fully defarbed, no foreign proof marks anywhere. Serial number is 1867. Can anyone help me confirm if it is one of them?
