Looking for the Ballard Welder

I am trying to get in touch with Richard Schoneneberger. I hope I spelled that correctly. I was given an older phone number for him but it no longer works. I have a ballard that needs some welding. If he is not around, can anyone suggest another that could weld a malleable iron frame?

You may want to see Charlie Hahn. I’m not sure if he can help you with your specific issue, but he filled, drilled and tapped the tang on a Ballard Rifle of mine and did a great job. Price was very reasonable.
