hello,
I am hoping somebody can help me with my latest acquisition its a Remington navy model 1863? serial number 22190 PRE the new model but after the old a sort of transitional ??? and it is nickel plated, there is no anchor on the barrel to indicate a naval issue but having read flaydermans catalogue apparently if it was still in service they were not stamped so i am hoping mine was in service.
