Does anyone besides Dunlap make a decent stock for the M1842?

The Rifle Shoppe either has "in-house" capacity to make stocks or has someone that makes stocks for them-so contact them. NOTE: The Rifle shoppe sometimes takes over a year to deliver what you order and pay for up front.

Also, check with Track of the Wolf company. They sell Kits that come with stocks although most of their Kits are for Long Rifles/ Inquire if they would be interested in making up M1842 stocks.

Thanks for the reply Southron. I'll check with the rifle shoppe. I am still waiting on a brass trigger for a M1841 ( JP Murray rifle ) that I ordered almost a year ago, stuff they have in stock I've always received quickly.

This is why I always call them on the phone (If you can get them to pick it up) and ask if they have it in stock before I order it.
