Terry, Which model Spencer Carbine: M1860 in .56/56 or conversion to .56/50; or M1865 in .56/50?

I believe that it is a 56-56. At least that is the way loaded for it and shot it. It is an 1860 model made by Spencer not Burnside. You can easily read the printing on the top of the receiver and it never was converted for the Stabler cutoff.
