I purchased this in the mid 1980's. I used it for some local ultra-farb fest type reenacting and then it hung over the mantle of the fireplace in my parents house where I forgot about it... This summer we cleaned out the house to sell it... there it was. It needs to be refinished as the blueing has started to really oxidize across different areas. I expect once could just oil and polish it up, all up to the owner. the stock has either shrank or was poorly channeled for the barrel to begin with as there is a little slop in it. Of course, if one wants to bed the stock half the work is already done. Bottom line is this musket has life-times of use left in it, but I have other priorities and figure someone else can restore or revive it and enjoy it. $200 shipped CONUS (add $10 Hawaii or Alaska).
