I have a James River Armory Whitney rifle for sale. It has been glass bedded. I have two and don't feel I need a spare. These were over $900 a year ago when JRA still had some. I will sell it for $650 plus shipping

What is the condition of the rifle and do you have any pictures?

I would say the condition is very good to excellent. It has seen little usage but does have the normal dings associated with use. It was used by my best friend who died in an auto accident. The rifle has been maintained and stored by me since he bought it. He used it for one season

What is the caliber? .58 or .69?

Dear sir, If no one else speaks up for the musket before tuesday, I am very interested in it for my impression and for hog hunting. My mcclellan saddle will sell on tuesday on the authentic campaigner site for 550.00. If I were to forward the initial 550.00 to you, would you consent to hold it until the end of the month for the remaining 100.00? If this is too convoluted, I understand completely and apologize for the bother.
