While skimming through Cabela's site, I found this rifled musket:

I know nothing of the details of the Fremont Special; has this ever been presented to the SAC?

Gil,

If it is made by ArmiSport it is approved for use in the N-SSA.

While we're talking, I want to thank John for taking the time to help me get a SAC card for my short Springfield rifle. Ths was at the Fall National. I think we tend to take our staff folks for granted at times. These good people do us a great service in all they do. But let us not forget, they are skirmishers too, and they also want to be on the line, burning powder.

John is a real gentleman. Thanks again.

Thanks for all your hard work, and all the help you give skirmishers. John really gave me a mountain of help with Mississippi rifles.
