So what is the consensus? 2F or 3F for your rifled muskets?

2F in three banded rifle muskets and smoothbores. 3F in two band rifles and carbines.

Depends on what I'm doing and what bullet I'm using. My usual go to load is a Lyman 575213, 45 gr of 3F. I've been playing with Grafs powder of late (Schuetzen brand) and am finding I need a smidge more than with Goex.
However, while not my 'go to' load, if shooting the PH version of the same bullet, I go with 60 gr of FFG- I mainly use this for hunting with the musket.
For my sharps, it has a slight preference for 2F it seems, but is so close that it's more a question of point of impact rather than group size (i.e. either will hit a pigeon IF I do my part).
I keep both on hand as well as 4F for priming my flintlocks. I also reload BPC (45/70 and 11mm Mauser) with 2F, sometimes with a smidge charge of 4F as a kicker against the flashhole.
But yeah, 9/10 times, 3F for the musket.
