Mike,

I took a few photos of the Richmond rifle. It is a very nice rifle and good shooter out of the box. I sized the bullets to .576". I'm including an extra front sight (in the photos). Check your inbox.

I used the standard hodgeon .578" sized to .576, 42g fff. I also liked th eLyman wad cutter 40g fff for 50 yards and the old style Lyman BURTON (hi Phil) 40g ffg. I believe this rifle with 7 L&G Hoyt rifling will shoot about any bullet well. Hopefully you have started receiving photos.

PS, me, I would rather have the original lock. The trigger pull on the original lock is a bit light but perhaps just tightning screws will do the trick. The internals are in good shape, not problems there.
