WTB .650" Sizer to Fit Loading Press

I would like to have a .650" diameter sizer that I can screw into my loading press and use to re-size plastic Smith carbine tubes once in a while when they get stretched out. Tried to get one made by John at Northeast for a year but had no luck. Is anyone else making such a thing?
