WTB 1863 Springfield ramrod

Looking for 1 each original 1861 and 1863 Springfield ramrods. Both guns are in about 75 - 80% condition so I'd like something close to match. Thanks.

I should have said the '63 is a first type so a tulip-head rod would be needed.

Check with Lodgewood. I have bought several original ramrods from them over the years for muskets I have built.

Thanks for the info. They have the '63 but no '61s. Also want to check around a little before dropping $200 for one and $250 for the other, if and when thet get one. Is that the going price for these?!

I have two '61 ram rods. Both are better than average, $225 you pick.

$250 is a good price for a 61' so Charlies is an awesome price. These are selling for $300 at the shows. When ya need one ya gotta pay the price or devalue the gun the cost of an original and more the for inconvenience of have to try and find one. The 63" are $200-250 depending on condition.
