Cadet Smoothbore

Thinking about a Cadet Smoothbore, can someone tell me who sells them? Are they custom or does someone keep them in stock? I know Larry Baird and some of his bunch shoot them.. wish list item..

Charlie Hahn has a Production Approval to build them without the customer having to get them individually inspected, which I believe he does on an individual order basis.
