We recently placed an order for 50,000 wingless musket caps with one of the Nationals sutlers. Nancy just got an e-mail from said sutler saying that wingless musket caps are no longer being made, and thus no longer available. Anybody know what's going on?

Mike Rouch told the same story this weekend, and I spoke with 2 wholesalers I do business with today and they said the same. RWS will no longer make wingless caps. I tracked down about 40,000 caps today and bought what I could get.

Richard, I think Gamaliel Shooters Supply may have some for $49.95/1000.

They are out. I live about 20 miles from them, and picked up all they had this morning.

I may have a couple thousand laying around that I have no intention of using. If interested, PM me. I wont charge any more than I paid for them.
