Stadia for sharpshooting

Gentlemen:
I have been reading about sharpshooters in the WBTS and have come across the term "pocket stadium" or "stadia" that were used for range finding. I can't find a picture or drawing of this device.Anybody got one or know where one is?

I have made a reenactor grade reproduction form a scale photograph. With more info and measurements from an original I would be able to make a working copy
