Has anyone noticed that the supply of repro Enfields from Italy has "dried up?" Many dealers reporting that Enfields in their inventories are "out of stock" or "low."
Anyone have any idea when the new Pedersoli Enfields will be available?

According to Flintlock's Etc, The Pedersoli Enfield was not ready for their July shipment so they are expecting them around January/February. They say retail is $1165 and they will be selling them for $1040 plus S&H.
It would be a shame if they miss the Christmas shopping season.

For what it's worth, Midway USA lists an 1853 Enfield, Armi Sport in stock ready to ship.
Price is $699 and it has a 1-48 twist.
