Rich Cross Tumbler

I would like to get a Rich Cross tumbler for my 1816 smoothbore. Where or how could I get one? Rich Foster

The Model 1816 wasn't made with interchangeable parts. Hence, I haven't heard of Rich ever making tumblers for them. Could be wrong!
