Are you getting decent groups? Have you worked up a good load? Aside from the barrel there may be other issues to consider. The trigger needs a lot of work and the area under the nipple often is over large and requires some machine work for consistent ignition.
price of the Gun $ 600?
price of relne $150?
Trigger job $ 50?
Flash Channel $100?

Sub total $900.

If you could find an Oringinal for up to about $1,300 I would say that is the way to go. The opinions are mine based upon working up severl of these guns recently. I hope this helps

I didn't get tight groups until I started using a LOT of grease. Then the shot groups went to the "one hole" category. Use the black plastic cases. Shoots as accurately as my two Hoyts.
To amplify Lou, it's incumbent that you check to make sure the cleanout screw has more than two threads present.
Trigger/hammer work is fun --- if needed. Buy some Kasonet.

Thanks for the replies. I was looking at one on GB. I think I'll pass.
