im overheated need docs secret formula for cooling liquid

anyone know the formula for docs magic liquid. i think the components are rubbing alcohol, witch hazzel, water and ice but im not sure how much of each. anyone know the secret formual.

1 Pint Rubbing Alcohol ( Isopropahol )
1/2 pint of Witch Hazel
Chunk of ice
Sometimes a touch more Witch Hazel

thanks. i ended up makin this batch a little on the strong side with a pint of alcohol, pint of witch hazzle ice and two bottles of water. seemed to work ok but i will adjust the mix next time. it was 95 here inside the shop and 99.9 outside in the shade. docs secret sauce saved the day.
