Ramshorn maynard?

Hello. There is a brand new never fired ramhorn maynard at a small local gun shop. Its a smooth bore.and has a little wiggle in the barrel hinge but thats a quick fix's. The gun is priced at $325. So i kinda figured i cant go wrong. But are they safe to shoot?I was planning on sending it to hoyt,romano and getting it rifled. What your opinions on the gun good? bad?

Never mind. Found out what I needed. Basically, from what I found out, good price, not worth re-lining. Buy it and make money on it from re-enactors.
