Maynard Nipple Wrench

Does anyone know where I can purchase a nipple wrench that fits the Maynard Carbine nipple properly?

Blomquist Percussion Works makes a very good one and they also carry the nipples to match and they are fine products. They will not always fit other nipples so I buy their nipples to fit, I particularly like their 1/4 x 28 musket cap nipple on sporting guns.
