Want to buy a Wilkinson style bullet mould for my Robbins & Lawrence P-1853.
I got hold of a few bullets a while back and they perform very well.

We are having 578 mold made and if you want to chip in for the cost of the cherry ($200/3=$67) the mold would be $165 plus $15 shipping. Let us knowRuss levinBerdan C2Rlevin73@Verizon.net

So the total cost would be $67 for the cherry, $165 for the mould and $15 for shipping? $247?? Seems a bit steep. Who is making the mould?

Interesting if some new molds would come into production.
I reckon the best deal would be if a group joined in.
I'm thinking of getting the mold and testing bullets prior to the WC in august so I would
prefer if anybody had a mold for sale.
The next best thing is getting a mold made but not if it would cost an arm and a leg.

Tor,
Mike makes very nice brass Wilkinson bullet moulds. I have one. He also makes a brass CSA Gardner bullet mould that might work extemely well in you P53. The CSA Gardner stands out as an excellent long range bullet due to its superior ballistic coefficient. I bought one for my P53s and am about to give it a shot:D I did have Mike make me some extra base plugs for it in addition to the standard cone shaped one: truncated cone, and flat base. Mike's prices are very reasonable so by all means give him a call.

Thank you very much, I appreciate the valuable information :-)
I have received a couple of PM's so I believe I'm not in dire need of getting a custom mold made.
Come monday I concider giving Mike a Call anyways if it's OK Mike? I'll try to take into concideration the 6 hours time zone difference.
I'd say there's a lot of helpful people with a lot of knowledge on this site!
Thanks again you guys!

Tor,
I would suggest that you call Mike after 5PM EST Daylight Savings. That may help some. I'd suggest you even wait until 6 PM if you can. We are on Daylight Savings time so we may only be about 4 hours behind your time.
Check your email. I'll send you some additional information by email if possible, but by PM on this site, if that fails.
