Tripplett & Scott repeating rifle for sale $1250 OBO

Rifle is in pretty good shape. Serial #2963. There is a crack in the stock near the thin part by the magazine where they were prone to cracking that has been period or at least it looks period repaired. Rifle looks very original to me and unmolested.

I would like more info about the Tripplett & Scott. How is the bore? how does it lock up tight or loose?, action working, are all or its parts there, etc.
