Time to stock up on CORRECT sized .69 caliber and .54 caliber loading tubes. These are the flat-bottomed, polyethylene tubes that everyone loves.

.69 caliber are $10 per hundred, plus postage (or pick-up at Nationals)
.54 caliber are $20 per hundred, plus postage (or pick-up at Nationals)

Yes, the .54 caliber tubes are similar to the .58's that you see all over (flat-bottomed, small flange, polyethylene), but they are correctly sized for .54 caliber. I am the only one who has these, as I had them custom ordered.

A few sutlers sell tubes marked ".54 caliber", but they are really half-inch, and you have to really stretch them to cram a .54 caliber bullet into them (usually cracking the tube anyway). Some also sell the half-inch vinyl tubes, which are stretchier, but they are also fat and sticky and have sort of a nipple on the bottom so you can't stand them up.

Here are pictures of the .54 caliber tubes (red) with .533 and .548 bullets, and the .69 caliber tubes (blue) with .678 round ball and .685 Minie:
