SOLD Parker Hale 3-Band Musket, all British made with sling.
Serial # 4XXX
Excellent wood & metal.
Slight blue loss from attaching bayonet,
Some blue loss/slight marks around nipple consitent with cleaning & removal,
Butt plate nice & not all beat-up from grounding etc.
Dropped mirror into bore, bright, no marks until about 2" from muzzle, then a couple of pits in strong rilfling.
All British made. (stock & barrel both marked)
Lock escutcheons replaced with the correct square ended ones,
Stock has had varnish removed & oil finish applied,
Correct sling swivels in place of originals front & rear,
Varnish removed from lock,
Trigger pull 4-1/2lb,
Ramrod, factory originally swaged just below head, this one has had the "fix" of being brazed,
Barrel has been glass bedded
Includes:
Leather sling stamped ISAACSCAMPBELL & CO
JERMIN ST. ENGLAND
Lead nipple protector on chain, shows use but is still usable.
