I have an 1863 Remington Zouave repro that belonged to my father Don Goetz who was a founding member of the Fourth Michigan Infantry. I was interested in finding out how old the gun is because it has the number 219 stamped into all of the parts. While examining the original barrell, I found that the gun was mfg. in 1962. But I am unable to identify the maker. The marks on the barrell show that it is italian made, but no maker's name is stamped into the barrell. There is however, a mark that I have been unable to identify and could use your help. it is a bow and arrow. Anybody know this mark? any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
