Fair market value Henry 44/40 N-SSA?

My buddy wants to buy my 44/40 N-SSA Henry Rifle but neither of us know what a fair price for it is. It has been taken out only a couple of times and is pretty much in new condition.

New at Dixie, these are going for $950.00.

They were going for as high as $1,200.00 when the dollar was way down against the Euro.

Used ones, on the board have been around $750-1000.
