With nationals coming up this may be a good time to dispell the talk about the Iredell Blues trending toward the feminine side. The Blues have always been known as a friendly, courteous, outgoing, humble bunch, always sensitive to other people's feelings, but with the recent addition of the little red wagon equipment carts much of the team has adoped, some feel the influence of our two ladies, who also happen to be our two best shooters, may have gone too far. Admittedly the idea of the little red carts was ramrodded by our second top shooter and treasurer, Mrs. Kowdoc, but there was no untold influence put on anybody to buy them. Let it be known here that the Blues still have a large dose of masculinity in its ranks. Oue commander, Kommander Kowdoc, is a well known cow wrangler known throughout the east. We also have a Navy diver on our team, and as we all know, since that Bin Laden thing Navy guys are now considered tough. And most importantly, all Iredell Blue members are required to drive Ford or Chevy pickups (we had a Prius driver apply one time but we referred him to the Palmetto Sharpshooters).

It must be very lonely, up on that mountain. I will introduce you to Bob Raby, he waxes quixotic all the time.

You forgot the tattooed ex-biker on the Blues.

That's Sancho Panza. Sanjo was the itinerant, alcoholic ex-samurai who was killed in the Magnificent 7.

Eggman also forgot the ex-sheriff/cow wrangler, and the "thorn-in-his-side" Sharps shooter!

You know Lou Lou Lou, Mark Twain firmly believed that if enough Southerners had read "Don Quixote," and also enough of them had not read, or perhaps burned enough copies of Sir Walter Scott's "Ivanhoe," there would have been no Civil War. The South kept right on reading that drivel while the North moved on to building ships and plows.

That, or the South would have won. Give the Confederates an industrial base equal to the Federals and they would have had all the advantages.

Ayah, you are both correct.

Egg

In light of your "He-man Women hater's Club" (Lil Rascals) posting, can you explain your AVATAR?. Being a Yankee, I lack subtlety. So whats up with that?

My apologies, early onset dementia.

That Jackrabbit is a ferocious, lightning fast, coyote eating, bison hating, Pawnee scalping, terror of the Plains. It just has nothing for an Illini, whatever that is.
