On behalf of someone living in the European Union, can anyone recommend a gunsmith adept at reboring & lining 19th century barrels?

Google up the Peter Dyson & Son website. He is an English gunsmith that specializes in muzzleloaders and other black powder firearms. If he can't do the job, he can probably recommend someone who can.
