gun blueing

ok i have a blueing tank that we have had for years, but i am looking for books on how to use it. and the chemicals, but all the books i have found are old and the chemicals are now band by epa or are rediculas to ship, I am looking for a good book or info on doing some hot bluing. and nickel plating.
