mississippii sight change ?

I have been offered an older Navy Arms Mississippi in trade. It has an V notch rear sight which I would like to replace with a long range sight. What else would I need to change on the rifle to make it NSSA legal?

Rear Sight, correct front sight, stock length. It's probably too short to pass inspection for approval. All of mine were. Navy Arms and Gold Rush etc.
